I had heard that the officer that shot and killed Ryan was wearing street
clothes and driving an unmarked car. That doesn't sound to unfamiliar. I was
pulled over while riding in a vehicle with three of my friends. When the
officer came up to the window he was wearing a football sweatshirt and had no
police markings on him. He was driving an unmarked car. We were pulled over
for not coming to a complete stop at a red light before proceeding right. We
were all given tickets and the person driving went to jail for a dui , even
though he passed a field sobriety test. The officers drove the vehicle over
to a parking lot and left me and two of my friends standing in the street at
1:30 in the morning. I asked the officer what I should do and he told me he
didn't care what I did. These officers were sitting across the street from a
college party pulling people over as they left. It was like a well organized
sting, the unmarked car would pull people over and then the other cops would
show up and wright tickets. Fine and dandy but sounds like entrapment to me.
By the way my buddy that was driving blew just over the legal limit for a
minor. I would just like to know if this is regular police procedure.
