I heard last night that the bpd was hoping to intimidate citizens. I am a male teen-ager, and live in Boise. I am very much
scared of the police here, and find that my heart skips a beat when ever I'm driving and see a cop. I don't know a single
kid my age who isn't scared of the police. Isn't this wrong? Aren't the police here to "protect and to serve"? Every one
agrees that the citizens shouldn't be scared of OUR police department, so, then, why are the police saying that they want
us to be intemidated of them?
