I do not like to hear that another person, be it an adult or youth has
been shot. I do believe people tend to jump to the conclusion that the
police did not have to kill someone. If somebody was shooting at me, or
dragging me with there car, I'm not sure I could calmly take aim at an
arm or leg. A life is in danger and action needs to be taken.
